This year we will have something for everyone at the Mother Nature festival, and lots of the activities are for kids. Bring your children, invite your neighbors and family, and enjoy and be prepared to rock because Miss Amy, a Ewing GRAMMY Nominated Artist, Author/Educator, Musician, and Fitness Pro will rock and roll with the kids at this year’s Festival.
The singer/songwriter and author have wowed audiences all around New Jersey at local libraries, schools, and festivals with her focus on health and activity for kids. Kids far and wide have enjoyed a “Miss Amy” event with her lively and fun music and songs.
Miss Amy’s mission is to improve the lives of children through interactive music; she was dubbed “The First Lady of Musical Fitness” by the National Children’s Entertainment Blog. A Grammy ® Nominated Artist for her Fitness Rock & Roll album, she also appears on the 54th Grammy ® Winning All About Bullies Big and Small cd.
“Miss Amy performs her Fitness Rock & Roll™ program at school assemblies, libraries, festivals and other events. Miss Amy is the performing talent on the 2004 NAPPA Gold and 2005 Creative Child Excellence Award winning International Baby 101 DVD(English/Japanese/Spanish), and is a featured artist on the 2010 Grammy® nominated Healthy Food For Thought: Good Enough to Eat CD. Addionally, she teaches her music and movement program at several preschools.” For more information on Miss Amy go to her website.
There’s also much more for the kids at this year’s Festival that you will not want to miss. There will be a Wildlife animal show by the Eyes of the Wild. We will have the dynamic duo, The Grand Falloons from Brooklyn, NY, who teach kids about recycling and consequences on the Earth. Also kids will be learning how electricity is made by solar panels by none other than SolarMan from Advance Solar Products.
